Refund policy
If you feel your order is incorrect, or that you have a defective product, contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to make it right. Incorrect products may be returned at our expense.
Our rate of defective merchandise is exceptionally low (we boast a 99.9% QC rating on all parts). However, we do admit that once and a while, something gets past us. If you feel that you have a defective part, contact us for a return. We will inspect the part and determine whether the part was defective or not. If the part is defective, you will be refunded for the part and shipping charges. If we find the part is good, you will receive a written notification and any accompanying evidence.
Change your mind? Refunds are offered within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping product back. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
