Q: Is Sage Grouse Designs owned by Gyford Standoff Systems?

A:  No we are not.  Sage Grouse Designs is proud to offer Gyford products to the general public.  We are not owned by, and have no other affiliation with Gyford.  We are independently owned and operated manufacturer's representatives.

Q:  I am not sure what to buy.  Can you help?

A:  You bet!  There are a couple of ways to get design assistance.  You can start by contacting us with a description of your project.  We will be happy to help you pick the perfect parts for your installation.  Need even more help?  Contact Gyford Standoff Systems directly for design and parts assistance, then let us know what you are looking for.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Orders cannot be returned without prior authorization.  If you have a problem with your order, you may request a return within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.  We accept returns 10-30 days of receipt of product with a 15% restock fee.    We cannot accept returns after 30 days. 

Merchandise must be like-new and suitable for resale.  Keep in mind that most of our parts are made from machined aluminum.  While durable, the parts can scratch or dent easily.  Parts that are not returned to us in resalable condition will not be eligible for refund.  We do not accept returns on cut wire, rod, extrusion or installation hardware that has been used.  If you need to return a purchase, please contact us first for the proper procedures.  We do not accept merchandise returns without prior authorization.

LED system return policy

LED discs are tested prior to shipment to guarantee operation upon arrival.  Please test your LED parts immediately to verify operation.  We cannot accept returns on LED discs or power supplies more than 48 hours after receipt of shipment.  If you are returning LED parts, they must be like-new, in original packaging with wires uncut. Parts must be tested when we receive them prior to any refunds being issued.  Parts that are found to be damaged during installation, or with cut wires will not be accepted for refund.

Q:  How do you ship your merchandise?  When will I get my order?

A:  Sage Grouse Designs ships all orders the first business day after purchase.  We have multiple shipping options from USPS and UPS.  Select the one that best fits your needs.

Q:  I want some Gyford parts, but I do not see them on your site.  Why not?  Can I still buy them?

A:  Sage Grouse Designs and is able to provide you with the full Gyford parts selection.  We list the most popular items on our website, but can get you virtually anything Gyford makes.  Contact us and let us know what you are looking for.  We will get back to you with a cost and availability within 24 hours.

Q:  Do you ship outside the USA?

A:  Yes, we can ship just about anywhere.  To get an accurate shipping rate, contact us for a quote before placing your order.  International taxes, fees and tariffs are the buyer's responsibility.

Q:  What about custom colors?  Can you do that?

A:  Custom colors are available.  However, there is a charge for the customization, and parts are strictly no refund, no cancellation.  If you want a part in a custom color, let us know and we will get you an estimate.  Once the order is placed for a custom part, we cannot cancel or refund, so be sure you know exactly what you want.

Q:  I own a business and want to sell parts to my customers.  Do you offer wholesale pricing?
